AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms of Use" or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user", or "your") and AcadNXT ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of our website AcadNXT.com, including any related media forms, platforms, training portals, mobile applications, or digital interfaces (collectively, the “Site” and “Services”).

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS AND MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, amend, or modify these Terms at any time for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

• Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date 
• Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance 
• It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically 

Additional policies, guidelines, or documents posted on the Site are incorporated herein by reference.

GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTIONS

The Site and Services are intended for use in jurisdictions where such use is legally permitted. Users accessing the Site from outside permitted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site, including but not limited to:

• Databases 
• Software 
• Designs 
• Text, graphics, images, videos, and audio 
• Trademarks, logos, and branding elements 

(collectively referred to as “Content” and “Marks”) are the exclusive property of AcadNXT or licensed to us.

These are protected under applicable intellectual property laws in India and internationally.

Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to:

• Access the Site 
• Download or print content for personal, non-commercial use 

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Content 
• Modify, reverse engineer, or republish any materials 
• Use our intellectual property without prior written consent 

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement 
• You are at least 18 years old, or have parental consent 
• You will not use automated systems (bots, scripts, scrapers) 
• You will not use the Site for unlawful purposes 
• All information you provide is accurate and up-to-date 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing false or misleading information.

FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

AcadNXT offers training programs, corporate learning services, and related offerings subject to applicable fees.

Accepted Payment Methods

We may accept:

• Bank transfers 
• Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) 
• Payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal) 

Payment Conditions

• Fees must be paid in full prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed 
• Payments must be completed within five (5) working days of invoice issuance 
• Failure to pay may result in cancellation 

Taxes

Applicable GST, VAT, or other taxes will be charged as required by law.

Pricing Errors

We reserve the right to correct pricing inaccuracies at any time, including after payment.

Order Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to training@acadnxt.com prior to the scheduled service or course.

Cancellation Charges

• Within 7 Days of Booking 
  • Full refund (excluding payment gateway fees and taxes), provided cancellation is outside 80 days from delivery 
• 80+ Days Before Delivery 
  • 30% cancellation fee 
• 60–79 Days Before Delivery 
  • 50% cancellation fee 
• 40–59 Days Before Delivery 
  • 75% cancellation fee 
• Within 39 Days of Delivery 
  • 100% cancellation fee (no refund) 

Training Attendance

No refunds will be issued for:

• No-shows 
• Partial attendance 
• Dropouts after program commencement

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Unauthorized data scraping or extraction 
• Collecting user information without consent 
• Using the Site for unsolicited marketing 
• Circumventing security mechanisms 
• Uploading malicious code or malware  
• Impersonating users or entities 
• Harassing, abusing, or harming others 
• Reverse engineering the platform 
• Using the Site for competitive or commercial exploitation 

Violation may result in immediate suspension or legal action.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Users may submit content ("Contributions") including reviews, feedback, or materials.

By submitting content, you:

• Grant AcadNXT a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it 
• Confirm ownership or rights to share such content 
• Accept full responsibility for the content 

We are not liable for user-generated content.

REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

Reviews must:

• Be based on genuine experience 
• Not contain offensive, false, or misleading information 

We reserve the right to:

• Remove or reject reviews 
• Use reviews for marketing purposes 

SUBMISSIONS

Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions ("Submissions"):

• Become the property of AcadNXT 
• May be used without compensation 
• Are considered non-confidential 

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites.

We do not:

• Control or endorse third-party content 
• Guarantee accuracy or reliability 

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

SITE MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor the Site for violations

PRIVACY POLICY
